Data We Store
- Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, age
- Academic Information: School name, grade level, subjects
- Parent/Guardian Details: Names and contact information
- Platform Data: Session history, chat messages, booking records
- Account Information: User preferences, tutor matches, payment history
What Happens When You Request Deletion
- All your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems
- Your account and all associated records are removed
- Session history and chat messages are erased
- You will no longer have access to the platform
Note: We process deletion requests within 72 hours. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use our services again, you'll need to create a new account.
How to Request Data Deletion
Email us at info@tklesson.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
Please include:
- The email address associated with your Tklesson account
- Your full name
- Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted
We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 72 hours.
