After signing up, our system matches you with qualified tutors based on your subject needs, academic level, and learning preferences. You'll be able to view tutor profiles, read reviews, and select the best fit for your learning goals.

Once matched with a tutor, your first session is scheduled for the date and time you selected during signup. For any changes to this initial session, use the chat system in your student dashboard to coordinate with your tutor.

For subsequent sessions, communicate with your tutor via our chat system to agree on timing, then book directly through your dashboard. Sessions cannot be scheduled without available credits in your account.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session incur no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session time will be charged the full session amount. You can cancel sessions in your "My Bookings" section.

We hold our tutors to the same high standards we expect from students:

• Immediate Makeup: Your tutor schedules a replacement session at no additional cost.
• Credit Protection: You never lose session credits due to tutor cancellations.
• Tutor Accountability: Tutors face penalties for last-minute cancellations.
• Quick Replacement: For emergencies, we assign another qualified tutor immediately.

Your learning progress and time are always protected.

In your student dashboard, navigate to the "Packages" section to purchase credits or packages. Each credit equals 60 minutes of tutoring. Sessions cannot be booked without available credits in your account.

The "Join Session" button becomes available 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Clicking it will redirect you to the virtual meeting room. After each session, you'll have the opportunity to leave ratings and reviews for your tutor.

Yes, you can reschedule sessions more than 24 hours in advance through your "My Bookings" section. Use the chat system to coordinate new timing with your tutor before booking the rescheduled session.

We do not offer free trial sessions. However, you can review tutor profiles, qualifications, and student ratings before booking to ensure you're selecting the right tutor for your needs.

If you feel another tutor would be a better fit, you can request a tutor change through your dashboard. Our support team will help match you with a different qualified tutor from our platform.

A Self-Study subscription gives you unlimited access to expert-crafted quizzes, flashcards, and full-length exam simulations across all subjects, with smart analytics to track your progress.

Self-Study is billed on a recurring subscription, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account billing portal — cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. Self-Study and Live Tutoring are billed separately, so you can subscribe to Self-Study, book tutoring sessions, or use both at the same time — whatever fits how you like to learn.

School Infrastructure is licensed in tiers based on your institution's enrolled student count, billed monthly or annually. Annual billing includes a discount over monthly pricing. See our School Infrastructure page for current tier pricing.

Role-based portals for administrators, staff, parents, and students; a curriculum-aligned content library; bulk licensing and admin controls; and reporting for administrators and parents.

You can request a tier change as your enrolled student count grows or shrinks, and your fees will be adjusted accordingly. Contact us to arrange the change.

We process payments securely through Stripe for Canada, the US, and other regions, and through Paystack for Nigeria. Pricing is shown in your local currency (CAD/USD or NGN) based on your region.

Yes. Nigerian users see pricing in Naira (₦) across Live Tutoring, Self-Study, and School Infrastructure, and pay via Paystack. You can also reach our support team via WhatsApp Nigeria.
