If you still have access to your authenticator app, you can disable 2FA from your Settings page after logging in.

Premium plans are $9.99/month or $99.99/year (saving 16%). You can view and manage your subscription from the Subscription page in your dashboard.

All plans include full access to 40+ courses, textbooks, quizzes, flashcards, and study tools.

Refund Request

Accidental renewal? Need to request a refund?

Refunds are available for accidental auto-renewals within 3 days of the charge. First-time subscriptions are non-refundable.

Can't find your school or having trouble logging in?

Go to tklesson.com → School Login. Enter your email — if your school uses email domain matching, your school will be auto-detected. Otherwise, search for your school by name.

If your school doesn't appear, contact your school administrator to confirm your school is registered.

Disable 2FA (School)

School admin, teacher, or student locked out?

School admins can disable 2FA for any user at their school through the Admin Portal. If you're a student or teacher, contact your school admin first.

If you're a school admin locked out of your own account, our support team can assist after identity verification and video meeting.

School Subscription

Questions about school plans, pricing, or billing?

School plans start at $350/month for up to 50 students. Five tiers are available for schools of all sizes, with yearly billing saving 8–17%.

School admins can manage their subscription from the Subscription page in the Admin Portal. All plans include unlimited teachers and full gradebook access.

User Management

Adding students, teachers, or managing parent access?

School admins can add students and teachers from the Manage Students and Manage Teachers pages in the Admin Portal. Parents apply through the School Login page and are approved via the Applications tab.

For bulk operations, use the selection checkboxes and the bulk actions bar that appears.
