Introduction

Welcome to Tklesson. By accessing or using our mobile app and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who We Are

Tklesson is an educational platform operated by a single tutor. The app offers personalized tutoring in subjects such as High School Physics, AP Physics, Chemistry, Math, Pre-Calculus, and Economics, primarily for students in Canada and the United States.

Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You agree to use the app only for lawful, educational purposes.
• You may not use the service to harass, harm, or impersonate others, or to upload harmful content.

Booking and Payment

• Sessions may be booked through the app or via direct contact.
• Payment is collected through third-party services such as PayPal or Stripe.
• All bookings are subject to availability.

Refund Policy

• A full refund (or rescheduling option) will be issued for any session cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or for no-shows.
• If Tklesson must cancel a session, the client will receive a full refund and a free session at another time.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

All content, lessons, materials, and designs within the app are the property of Tklesson and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without permission.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if users violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or act in ways that harm the learning environment.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality tutoring at all times, we make no guarantees regarding academic performance or outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
