We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. Emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Extended sessions of 120 minutes are available for students preparing for exams or needing more comprehensive help.
We offer prorated refunds for unused package sessions minus a 10% administrative fee. All refund requests must be made in writing via email.
